Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to assist guests in-store with a friendly, helpful attitude. You will create an easy shopping experience, help guests locate products, and participate in a fast paced retail environment.

As an On-Demand TM, you may not be on the posted weekly schedule and will choose shifts via the myTime app. A flexible, customer-focused approach and reliable attendance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to pick up shifts via the myTime mobile scheduling app and respond to contact attempts.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety practices.
• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and services to guests.
• Assist with returns and exchanges following Target policies.
