Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences in store locations. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and active engagement with customers, with shifts posted by store leaders and other team members via the myTime app.

As an On-Demand TM, you will create a welcoming guest experience, assist with product guidance, and participate in a short orientation and training schedule to prepare for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience across the store.

• Scan, bag items, and maintain an orderly, safe workspace.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Handle transactions and support cash handling responsibilities.
• Be adaptable to varying customer needs and store activity.
