Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guest interactions and store services. You will help guests find products, resolve issues, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs. The role requires reliability, flexible hours, and active participation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Training includes a Welcome orientation and ongoing shifts via the myTime scheduling app. You may work varied shifts including nights and weekends, with opportunities to contribute to guest

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.

• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and Drive Up.
