Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You will create a welcoming guest experience, assist with product finds, and support guest services across multiple channels. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling and strong guest engagement to meet store needs.

You will participate in orientation and training, then use the myTime app to pick shifts. Attendance and responsiveness to shift needs are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work in a safe manner and comply with safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up orders and returns while complying with policies.
