Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests with shopping, checkout, and digital services. You may create your own schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime app, with shifts posted by leaders or teammates.

This role requires reliable attendance and flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends. As a Guest Advocate, you will engage with guests, explain store services, assist with loyalty enrollment, and ensure a smooth, friendly shopping experience.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
