Job summary

You must be reliable, ready to work varying hours, including nights and weekends, and respond to contact attempts. Attendance and timely shift pickup are essential to keeping the store running and delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests using appropriate greetings and interactions across the 10ft/4ft zones
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and safely
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Inform guests about current/future brand launches, store activities and events
• Know Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up and usage
