Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver friendly, efficient guest service on an as-needed basis. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, greet guests, assist with purchases, and help resolve issues while maintaining a positive store environment.

Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to varying shift availability, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to ensure strong guest interactions and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and provide friendly service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to scheduling requests.

Responsibilities
