Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app and must respond to store needs, maintaining high guest service levels while following Target policies.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn/store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience while assisting guests.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft distances with a warm interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team and assist peers to maintain a positive, respectful environment.
• Demonstrate a service culture and uphold Target’s standards.
