Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experiences in-store. You can build a personalized schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime app, and you will attend a Welcome orientation with a short training plan to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End each guest interaction with a thank you and a positive attitude.
• Support team members and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Promote Target services and loyalty programs to guests.
