Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in the United States to deliver friendly, fast service and help guests discover the joy of shopping. You will greet guests, answer questions, explain promos and loyalty programs, and assist with order pickup, drive-up, returns, and using the Target App.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Help guests solve specific needs and explain promos.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Understand and explain Target App features including Wallet.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up and Drive Up services.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and handle returns.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
