Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming experience and to showcase Target’s services and benefits. You will greet, assist, and resolve guest questions while promoting loyalty programs and in-store features.

Responsibilities include scanning and bagging items, guiding guests to order pick-up and drive-up options, and collaborating with the team to maintain a safe, clean environment. Prioritize guest satisfaction and teamwork.
