Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in the United States to provide a welcoming guest experience, greet customers, and resolve questions with a helpful attitude. You will promote Target’s loyalty programs, assist with digital features, and handle checkout with speed and accuracy in a busy store.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, adapt quickly to changing demands, and can work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Training will cover store policies and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain and promote Target loyalty programs and app features to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintain accuracy and food safety standards.
• Support drive-up, order pick-up and returns while following Target policies.
