Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a welcoming experience.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping trip.
• Scan and bag items accurately while maintaining safety standards.
• Explain promos and features of Target App and Wallet to guests.
• Support drive-up and order pickup processes and assist with returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist team members as needed.
• Uphold safety policies and handle transactions accurately.
