Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest service and store operations. Work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders and scheduled via the myTime app.

You will pick up shifts that fit your schedule and be ready to respond to leadership contact to maintain coverage. As a Guest Advocate, you will help guests, explain loyalty programs, assist with returns and drive-up orders, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Be flexible in picking up shifts and respond to contact to maintain coverage
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist teammates as needed
