Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to enhance the guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and resolve issues while promoting benefits and loyalty programs.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will cover store policies, safety, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, friendly guest experience by greeting guests and delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests from 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers as needed.
• Promote current promos and help guests use Target App features.
• Ensure checkout operations run smoothly and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and restock as needed.
