Job summary

Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to welcome and assist guests in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll greet customers, locate products, resolve issues, and ensure a friendly checkout experience.

You’ll promote and explain Target's services and loyalty programs while maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Training is provided to develop guest service skills and product knowledge.
