• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support peers as needed.
• Promote Target benefits, loyalty programs, and app features to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while complying with safety standards.
• Assist with order pick up, drive up, returns, and guide guests to enroll in services.
