Job summary

• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and professionally.
• Attention to detail while handling transactions and store operations.
• Willing to educate guests and engage on products and services.
• Comfort with handheld scanners and using app-based features.
• Work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain composure and focus while balancing multiple tasks.
• Explain store promotions and loyalty benefits to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver a friendly shopping experience.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues for a smooth visit.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and using store services (OPU, Drive Up, etc).
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and follow-up as needed.
• Support teammates and contribute to a respectful work environment.
• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and current promos.
