Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet guests, answer questions, and help them find products and services in a fast-paced store environment. You will resolve guest concerns with patience and accuracy, and promote Target’s loyalty programs and digital tools.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to varying guest needs while maintaining store cleanliness and safety protocols. Training is provided to learn all store processes and solutions.

• Able to listen and respond to guest needs with patience and clarity.
