Job summary

Target seeks a friendly Guest Advocate to engage with customers, answer questions and guide their shopping experience. You will help guests find items, explain benefits and use the Target App, while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll balance accuracy, speed, and courtesy, handling transactions and assisting with services like Buy Online Pick Up and Drive Up. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to greet, assist and thank guests.
• Ability to multitask and resolve guest concerns with a positive attitude.
• Comfort with using technology (scanners, app, register) in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience from greeting to thank-you.
• Assist guests in finding products, answering questions and completing transactions.
• Support store operations, including returns, pick-up and drive-up assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming checkout area and help teammates during busy periods.
