Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming experience, find what they need, and complete transactions efficiently in-store. You will greet guests, answer questions, and resolve issues with a smile.

As a Guest Advocate you will promote promotions and teach guests how to use the Target App, while supporting drive-up, order pickup, and returns. Training covers safety, policies, and excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, assist in finding items, resolve issues, and thank guests.
• Support guest services including order pick up, drive-up, and returns while following policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and work with team to meet business needs.
