Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Owasso, OK. You will welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and help create a seamless shopping experience at the register and across the store.

You will promote loyalty programs and use the Target app to guide guests, while maintaining a clean, efficient workflow and a friendly, helpful attitude. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
