Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Guest Services professional to greet patients and visitors at the front desk and help with directions and transportation coordination. This role supports a courteous, patient-centered environment and involves standing for extended periods while guiding guests to their destinations.

The position requires a High School diploma, customer service experience, and basic computer and data-entry abilities. Weekend shifts and some weekday work are included.

Competenze

• High School education required; customer service experience preferred.
• Computer and data entry skills required.
• Prior experience in healthcare preferred.

Mansioni

• Greets and assists patients, visitors, and guests with excellent customer service.
• Assist with wayfinding and escort to destinations.
• Help discharge patients to transportation; assist from wheelchair to vehicle.
• Answer incoming calls courteously.
• Communicate transportation requests to Shuttle Service via radio.
• Maintain a neat lobby; monitor safety and environmental concerns.
• Keep front desk organized and free of clutter.
• Assist with special projects and other clerical duties.
• Direct volunteers at the front desk as needed.
