Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-5 years of customer experience or registration-related work.
• White-glove service mindset and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to coach or guide temporary staff during events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn registration platforms.
• Strong typing with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register customers at markets and events.
• Enter customer information accurately into registration systems.
• Provide face-to-face, email, and phone support.
• Offer accurate information about campuses, events, and admissions policies.
• Handle inquiries professionally with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain registration materials inventory.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to temporary registration staff during markets.
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
