Job summary

Nurtur Aveda Institutes is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Associate to help prospective students understand programs and the admissions process. You will manage inquiries, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the Admissions and Financial Aid teams to reach annual enrollment goals.

You will support enrollment campaigns, assist with events, and help capture content for outreach. The role requires strong communication, organization, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior work experience in a general business or sales role preferred.
• Exhibit self-direction, initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on admissions process, requirements, and programs.
• Maintain a CRM system with accurate records and communications.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid teams to achieve enrollment goals.
• Coordinate with Admissions Support to schedule appointments and meetings.
• Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and stay updated on policies and programs.
