We own and operate the largest wholesale showroom campuses in the world where retailers and designers source products for their stores and clients while also enabling 24/7 commerce through our digital marketplace. By integrating in-person and online experiences, we empower our customers to grow year-round as their business needs evolve.

About the Role

The Program Manager - Marketing Enablement leads the successful delivery and adoption of technology initiatives supporting Marketing operational functions. This role is responsible for optimizing marketing platforms, streamlining campaign operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making that enhances customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across the organization. This role partners closely with Marketing, Brand and Communications leaders to deliver scalable solutions that accelerate growth and maximize business value, and serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team.

This position partners with business leaders, product owners, system administrators, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned platform solutions that improve the user experience and strengthen operational performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can translate strategic priorities into clear, executable roadmaps.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end delivery of programs related to customer relationship management, including HubSpot, Cvent, Clickup, Sitecore, Brandfolder and other MarTech tools.
  • Partner with business leaders to define program scope, goals, business requirements, success measures, and expected outcomes for high-impact initiatives.
  • Develop and execute integrated program plans that identify milestones, dependencies, risks, resource needs, decisions, and accountabilities.
  • Serve as the connection point between business stakeholders and technology partners, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and delivery priorities.
  • Collaborate with product owners, system administrators, analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure platform enhancements meet functional needs and align with enterprise standards.
  • Manage internal and vendor delivery timelines, budgets, project risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining visibility for leadership.
  • Facilitate business process redesign and support testing, validation, release readiness, and implementation of platform enhancements.
  • Develop user-facing documentation, coordinate training, and lead change-management and adoption efforts to support sustained use of new tools and processes.
  • Establish and track program performance measures, adoption indicators, and business outcomes; use findings to recommend improvements.
  • Provide clear, timely program updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, escalating risks and decisions as appropriate.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Five or more years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, complex cross-functional programs, or large-scale digital transformation efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering marketing technology initiatives that improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and business growth; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Cvent or A2Z is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketing operations, demand generation, customer engagement, or digital marketing programs.
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including epics, personas, user stories, prioritization, and iterative planning.
  • Experience managing program plans, vendors, budgets, dependencies, risks, testing, implementation, and organizational change.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly to varied audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, project management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Competencies and Attributes:
  • Ability to translate strategy and business needs into actionable delivery roadmaps.
  • Strong program leadership, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused approach with a commitment to adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with data integrations, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration or project-management tools is preferred.
