Job summary

Marcus Corporation's Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI seeks a Team Building Supervisor to lead programming, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role works with the Grand Experiences Manager, Coordinators, and Geneva Club teams.

Responsibilities include developing programming, managing schedules, coordinating purchases, and maintaining high service standards across food and beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree preferred with hospitality background.
• Experience in event planning, catering or recreation preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality of programming.
• Develop new programming and implementation.
• Assist in daily responsibilities sheets, schedules, and Geneva Club admin duties.
• Assist in purchasing through Birchstreet.
• Reserve, bill, create and modify classes in SMS Host.
• Supervise Coordinators and Activities Representatives.
• Ensure food and beverage standards are followed.
• Act as liaison between Culinary staff and Geneva Club Butlers.
• Adjust scheduling as needed daily.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
