Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager onsite to oversee day-to-day operations, train and develop a team, and deliver a superior guest experience while meeting sales goals.

You will foster a guest-first culture, model a high-energy, friendly attitude, and drive process efficiency. A HS diploma and at least 1 year of retail experience are required; flexible schedules and on-call readiness are expected. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and train a team to deliver superior guest experience.
• Foster a guest-focused culture in all store activities.
