Job summary

Spectrum Resorts is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our Lime Bay property’s beverage team. You will greet guests, prepare cocktails, and ensure a smooth bar operation during service hours.

You will handle orders, operate the POS system, maintain bar cleanliness, and verify age when serving alcohol. The role requires attention to detail, cordial communication, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bartender experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• POS system knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality customer service to guests.
• Prep and set up bar with liquor, fruit, and garnishes.
• Take orders and prepare drinks.
• Use the POS system to ring orders, print checks and collect payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area.
• Balance checks at end of shift.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
