Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years bartending experience in high-volume bar/restaurant.
• Knowledge of cocktail crafting and mixology fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests efficiently following service steps and recommend beverages.
• Food running to bar and bar area guests.
• Prep and stock bar for service periods.
• Clean glasses, tools, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and ingredients.
• Take and process payments with proper cash handling.
• Keep bar area and coolers clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
