Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador at Busch Gardens to assist guests, handle inquiries, and manage lost articles and refunds with accuracy. You will work with multiple teams to ensure timely responses and professional guest interactions.

The role requires 18+ years old, strong computer skills, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather, including weekends and holidays. Experience in parks or guest services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability for strong problem-solving and guest orientation.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Trip Advisor, Google, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with guests regarding lost articles and return options.
• Respond to and resolve guest questions and comments received via Email, Google, and Trip Advisor.
• Use spreadsheets to track and enter information, guest comments, and refund requests.
• Follow up with other departments regarding requests and formal comments.
• Input Guest Comments into the Guest Correspondence Database and correspond with Park Senior Leadership for resolutions.
• Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining company expectations.

What It Takes To Succeed

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in Microsoft systems such as Word and Excel
• Demonstrated ability for strong problem-solving skills and be guest oriented.
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in systems like Outlook, Trip Advisor, Google, etc.
• Theme Park experience preferred.
• The ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours, i.e. able to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: 12.77 USD
