Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Virginia is seeking a Grounds Maintenance team member to help prepare the park for guest arrival and maintain clean outdoor spaces.

You will work early hours, operate basic grounds equipment, and collaborate with a team to deliver a high-quality guest experience in all weather conditions.

This role offers a fun, fast-paced environment with park perks and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to start at 5:00AM.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Must have strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Be able to interact positively with guests and co-workers from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be able to work with chemicals.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid VA driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have basic understanding of grounds equipment.
• Use gas powered vacuums/blowers and high pressure water hoses to clean areas of the park.
• Assist with cleaning of equipment and proper storage.
• Prepare Busch Gardens Williamsburg for guest arrival.
• Other duties as assigned

What you get to do:

Working in Grounds Maintenance, you’ll perform a wide variety of prep duties prior to the park opening. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:

What it takes to succeed

Compensation

** : 14.00 USD**
