Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Team Leader, Connectivity in Bozeman, MT to supervise the Connectivity team and ensure exceptional guest experiences from pre-arrival to post-stay. The role emphasizes team performance, service quality, and inter-department collaboration to achieve operational excellence.

The position requires leadership experience in hospitality, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, or related hotel experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and ALICE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest engagement throughout the guest journey, ensuring personalized experiences aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of resort accommodations, facilities, services, events, and experiences to support guest engagement.
• Ensure guest profiles with preferences are compiled, recorded, and communicated.
• Monitor pre-arrival communications and arrival arrangements for guests.
• Oversee welcome and departure arrangements, room readiness coordination, and amenity deliveries.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns, escalating as needed.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Participate in leadership meetings and communicate key priorities.
