Job summary

The Porter at Towne Park, LLC. is responsible for the overall basic general cleaning of the common garage area while delivering courteous hospitality to guests during their stay.

The role includes upkeep of garage facilities, waste receptacles, and assisting with guest issues such as lock-outs and flat tires. Core duties include routine cleanliness checks, removing litter, power washing stains when needed, wiping signage and equipment, and assisting guests with directions and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write Standard English language.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Must be able to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage.
• Maintain general cleaning of garage including debris and stains.
• Wipe signage and way finding materials and equipment in the garage.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide information about surrounding area.
