Job summary

Mumm Napa, part of Trinchero Family Estates, is seeking a Seasonal Concierge to welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism at the Napa location. You will guide guests through wine experiences, assist with reservations and upsell experiences, and ensure accurate entry of guest information in the reservation system.

You will collaborate with front and back of house teams, maintain a polished reception area, and provide local recommendations while staying current on wine knowledge and Napa

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
