Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and reservation systems.
• Passion for wine, customer service and events.
• Must work weekends and select holidays/evenings.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations for winery experiences and special events.
• Respond to consumer and trade inquiries and secure bookings.
• Articulate winery stories and wine details with guests.
• Maintain accurate reservation records for staff scheduling.
• Upsell experiences and coordinate with venue to maximize space.
• Communicate reservation levels with tasting room on weekends.
• Manage large group reservations and event coordination.
• Prepare paperwork and reports for Supervisors and events.
• Participate in set up and execution of trade and internal events.
• Assist in tasting room operations to stay aware of guest experiences.
