Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Bellman to greet guests, offer local recommendations, and assist with reservations and special requests. You will be the friendly face guiding guests throughout their stay, leveraging local expertise to enhance the hotel experience.

Ideal candidates are personable, resourceful, and passionate about hospitality, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job description

As a Bellman, you’ll serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming point of contact for guests, providing personalized recommendations, arranging reservations, and assisting with special requests. Your goal is to enhance the guest experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and local expertise. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, resourceful, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the knowledgeable and friendly guide for our hotel guests, helping them make the most of their stay by providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
• Your daily tasks will include offering information on local attractions, making reservations, and assisting with travel arrangements.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager.
• A career as a Bellman can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as concierge supervisor, guest services manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
