HVMG is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to warmly welcome guests, offer personalized recommendations, and help with reservations and local arrangements. You’ll be the friendly point of contact, enhancing stays with attention to detail and local expertise.

Evening shifts required, with potential schedule variations across the hospitality portfolio. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and supports a culture of excellence, with opportunities to advance into concierge or guest services

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable, welcoming contact for guests and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with reservations and local travel arrangements.
