Job summary

Planned Companies in Secaucus, NJ is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen to warmly welcome tenants, guests and vendors and to ensure the lobby is kept safe, presentable, and accessible.

The position requires 3+ years of customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask; lifts up to 50 lbs; schedule Friday-Saturday 8am-4pm and Sunday-Monday 4pm-12am. Full-time benefits are provided at $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors on entry.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals to local entertainment, dining, retail and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
