Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors upon entry.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events and coordinate access to services.
• Provide direction and referrals to access local activities and shopping.
• Document and secure mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
