Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, call center, or hotel operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong typing and computer proficiency.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to provide exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding resort facilities, services, dining outlets, activities, and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring appropriate follow-up when necessary.
• Process wake-up calls, emergency calls, and guest messages according to established procedures.
• Coordinate communication between guests and resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information at all times.
• Accurately input, update, and retrieve information using hotel systems.
• Monitor and respond to emergency situations following resort safety and security protocols.
• Assist with administrative duties and support Front Office operations as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
