Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel operating systems.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
• Previous hospitality, Front Desk, PBX, reservations, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of contact for guests, prospective visitors, and internal hotel departments.
• Manage all incoming hotel telephone communications and assist guests with reservation inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general information.
