Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous PBX or multi-line phone system experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Overview

We are looking for a Telephone/PBX Operator who is passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
