Job summary

Gold Key PHR is seeking a server to provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, making menu and beverage recommendations, and ensuring a smooth dining flow. The role involves upselling, handling cash, and maintaining a clean station during shifts.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, following state and company liquor regulations while delivering a positive guest experience with attention to timing and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older as required by state/federal liquor regulations.
• Experience in high-volume serving is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know all aspects of the menu and daily specials.
• Make specific menu and beverage suggestions and demonstrate upselling.
• Handle ordering process from greeting to check presentation per service timing standards.
• Comply with all liquor regulations and alcohol awareness guidelines.
• Provide guest service using a tray for plated items and garnished drinks.
• Anticipate guest needs, such as refilling beverages and condiments.
• Maintain accurate bank and act as cashier as needed while following cash handling procedures.
• Keep station clean and organized throughout shift.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
