Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Server to deliver high-quality hospitality. You will greet guests, take and upsell orders, and ensure accurate entry through a POS system.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean station, collaborating with teammates, and upholding service standards during peak hours. Availability on weekends, nights, and holidays is required to support guest dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend, night, and holiday availability expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders while answering questions about the menu.
• Provide attentive, friendly service and upsell food and beverage items.
• Follow sequence of service and POS procedures for accurate order entry.
• Maintain clean workstations and assist with bussing as needed.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied and address any concerns promptly.
