Job summary

Coaches Burger Bar is seeking a friendly server to assist guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience. You will serve food and beverages, upsell items, handle payments, and help maintain cleanliness in dining, bar, and kitchen areas.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A high school diploma and English communication are required, with a flexible schedule and physical stamina to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift and carry 10–55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening/closing side work to prepare dining room, bar, kitchen and service stations.
• Cleans and organizes stations before mealtime rush and maintains service areas during shift.
• Uses knowledge of the menu, hours, table numbers and payment options; upsells specials.
• Serves customers professionally and handles payments and cash at end of shift.
• Keeps health and safety concerns communicated to management and restocks as needed.
• Works with team, cross-serves when required, and maintains a fast, accurate service pace.
