Qualifications

• Must be able to walk constantly while prepping and delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Must speak, understand, and write English to meet guest needs.
• Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Upsell menu items to maximize revenue potential.
• Adhere to health regulations and local liquor laws.
• Follow cash handling/POS procedures and complete side work (cleaning, stocking, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist other departments as needed.
• Attend department and hotel meetings.
