Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a courteous server to provide food and beverage service with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will take orders, input them into POS, and ensure accurate delivery to guests in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of liquor regulations, a valid Food Handler Card and TABC license, and strong English communication. Shifts vary in a 24/7 operation with opportunities for tips and growth.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Card required.
• Valid TABC license required.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English for guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately for kitchen processing.
• Deliver orders to guests with professionalism and timeliness.
• Adhere to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Assist in side work, restocking, and maintaining health standards.
