Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of serving experience; high-volume experience preferred.
• Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TIPS or obtain upon hire.
• Developed knowledge of wine, spirits and beer; experience selling cocktails.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to input information into MICROS accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure with a calm, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work with others and manage guest requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide courteous, attentive service.
• Take orders accurately and suggest menu and daily specials.
• Communicate guest dietary needs to culinary team and ensure accuracy.
• Record transactions in MICROS and handle payments per standards.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Ensure tables are set, stocked and reset between courses.
