RAM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeper/Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms to the highest standards in the Alabama/Georgia region. You will clean, service, and prepare rooms, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable stay for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests; anticipate guest needs and answer questions regarding their visit.
• Complete required health and safety training; adhere to hotel standards and be familiar with fire safety procedures.
• Prepare rooms for cleaning per hotel standards: make beds, dust, clean surfaces, clean bathroom, replenish amenities, and restock supplies.
• Familiar with lost and found policy; submit items promptly to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Perform other tasks as needed to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
